SquadUp — Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to SquadUp. By installing, accessing, or using our mobile or web application (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use SquadUp. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Post or transmit content that is harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems.
5. Venue Bookings & Payments
Bookings made through SquadUp are binding agreements between you and the venue owner. SquadUp facilitates the transaction but is not a party to it. Payment disputes must be resolved with the venue owner.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and data on SquadUp are the property of SquadUp d.o.o. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
SquadUp is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia & Herzegovina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post any changes on this page and, if the changes are material, provide a more prominent notice.
